Psychosynthesis Therapy

Psychosynthesis Therapy

Who is it for?Therapy5

Psychosynthesis Therapy is thought to help people with a number of emotional and psychological problems.

How It Works?

Psychosynthesis is usually offered to people who want to understand their psychological problems in a spiritual framework.  Therapists help people to reduce their distress and discomfort by exploring their ‘inner self’ to achieve self-actualisation and ‘wholeness’.

A Recent Testimonial

“I have struggled with anxiety for years and tried many different things. I had CBT sessions in Richmond over the course of about a year and I now feel much, much better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a problem”.
Katie - Richmond

What Does the Research Say?

Although the evidence-base for psychosynthesis is limited in comparison to therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), some research suggests psychosynthesis can help individuals who relate to transpersonal and spiritual practices.
