Having faced my own challenges in life, I know what it is to feel stuck at times and to lose hope. I don’t think anyone deserves to feel alone in this and I believe strongly in the power of opening up conversations about mental health and wellbeing and making this something that is ok to talk about in society. I feel privileged to work in a job where I get to hear people’s stories and join alongside them as they begin to explore change.
